Had one minor mix-up with an order last week, but their support team sorted it out in seconds flat, which really impressed me. It’s reasonably priced for the convenience you get, and the consistency is honestly top-tier. If you’re hanging out for a solid feed without the fuss, these guys are definitely the pick of the bunch.

Assessment tasks were harder than I expected, which is actually a good sign for the credential value. The online learning platform has a few UX rough edges — the progress tracking dashboard is not very intuitive. But the content quality and trainer expertise more than compensate. Landed a junior network admin role within 6 weeks of completing.

The account management team from HealthHub AU ran a good onboarding session for employees. Cost is reasonable at the corporate tier versus individual premium plans. The main limitation is that some of our interstate (WA) employees have experienced slightly longer wait times for specialists, which may reflect availability in that market.

Stayed at the Cove Margaret River property for 4 nights as a wine tour base. The property is about 8 minutes from the main winery strip, which is ideal. The room was spacious, extremely well appointed, and completely private — the architecture ensures no sight lines between any villas. The curated winery itinerary the concierge prepared was genuinely helpful and included three producers we would not have found ourselves. Checkout was handled entirely via the app with no queuing. One small note: the in-room minibar pricing was steep even by hotel standards. Overall the experience was exactly what the brand promises and we are already planning to book the Noosa property for our next trip.

The price per gram is reasonable for the quality tier. I will say the website checkout flow has some friction — had to re-enter my delivery address despite being logged in, and the promo code field was not obvious. The Westpac and CommBank connections established in under 2 minutes each. Transaction sync is near real-time. The net worth tracker (linking bank accounts, mortgage, and super via CDR) gives a genuinely complete financial picture. My only complaint is that CBA credit card transaction descriptions are messy and categorisation accuracy drops for those compared to my transaction accounts. The app team has acknowledged this is a CBA data quality issue, which is fair.

Test generation is the feature I use daily: it produces meaningful tests with real edge cases, not boilerplate assertions. The VS Code extension is light and does not noticeably impact editor performance. Pricing at $29/month is high for an individual but reasonable for a team seat. Worth it.

We migrated from a US-based cloud provider to CloudCraft AU primarily for latency reasons. The difference is measurable and meaningful — our Sydney-region APIs dropped from 180ms average to 22ms. Support team is in Australian timezones which matters for incident response. Only downside is the marketplace of third-party integrations is smaller than AWS or Azure, but for core infrastructure it is excellent.

The auto-repeat order I set up has been reliable — right size, right product, on the date I selected. The one time I needed to change my order I emailed support and it was updated the same day. Genuinely excellent service for a sensitive category.

Each division operates with the same standard of professionalism and the internal coordination between divisions means projects that cross their business units are seamless. The 3PL team's pick accuracy and same-day dispatch rate is the best we have experienced across four providers over five years. The ERP integration their digital team delivered saved our operations team approximately 15 hours per week in manual data entry. Remarkable group.

Mobeius built a customer self-service portal for our logistics business. From first meeting to go-live was 14 weeks. The weekly demo cadence kept us informed and involved throughout, and the scope management was tight — no scope creep surprises. The finished portal handles our clients' shipment tracking, document uploads, and invoicing with a clean UX that our customers adopted without any training. Post-launch support was available and responsive for the first 30 days. We've had zero critical bugs in 8 months of operation. Previously we were packing orders in-house with inconsistent packaging quality and slow dispatch. CareWell designed our custom branded kraft mailers (with our logo and brand colours), set up our inventory in their Smithfield warehouse, and now pick-and-pack our 150–200 daily orders with same-day dispatch. The inventory portal is excellent — real-time stock visibility and we can push orders directly from Shopify. We've had maybe three errors across 18,000 orders, and each was corrected within 24 hours. Their food-grade packaging for our gourmet range is also ISO-certified, which our retail partners required. Couldn't recommend more highly.
