How the DNA Score works
Each review rates a business on five axes. The DNA Score is a weighted composite of those axes, expressed as a number out of 100.
Does the product or service do what it promises?
Is the price fair relative to the quality delivered?
Is the experience consistent across multiple interactions?
How does the business handle problems and complaints?
What is the overall emotional experience of the customer?
Scores above 85 are classified as Excellent · 70–84 as Good · 55–69 as Average · 40–54 as Below Average · below 40 as Poor. AI-generated manipulation detection runs on every submitted review. Reviews with a manipulation score above 60/100 are flagged for human moderation.

Every review is analysed by Google Gemini AI for manipulation signals before it goes live. Manipulation scores are publicly visible on each review so you can judge for yourself.
Open Platform
Our API is open to researchers, journalists, and developers. AggregateRating structured data is embedded on every company page so review data flows freely into search engines.
