Collection has been reliable every time. The biggest benefit is the competitive pressure: I routinely get 10-20% more per tonne compared to calling my regular yard directly. The platform handles all the compliance paperwork (licensed dealer verification, load documentation) which saves time and gives me confidence I'm not accidentally dealing with unlicensed operators. Would be nice to see a mobile app, but the website works fine on phone.
