Shopify integration works well — our products were live in under an hour

We connected our Shopify store to OzCart as an additional sales channel and the integration was painless. Product listings, images, and inventory synced automatically within an hour. Orders from OzCart appear in Shopify's order dashboard so we manage everything from one place. The free delivery threshold ($49) is shown clearly on listings which helps conversion. We saw our first OzCart order within 3 days of going live. The monthly reporting dashboard shows OzCart-sourced revenue cleanly. The platform is clearly earlier-stage than Shopify or eBay in terms of buyer volume but the seller experience is well designed and the team communicates clearly about new features via their seller newsletter.

Fast delivery and buyer protection made me switch from international marketplaces

I switched most of my online shopping to OzCart about six months ago specifically to support Australian businesses. The delivery times are noticeably faster since everything ships domestically — most orders arrive in 2-3 days. The 30-day return policy is clearly enforced and I needed to use it once: the process was smooth and my refund was processed in 4 days. The price range is competitive with eBay on most categories. I will note the product catalogue is much smaller than eBay or Amazon — some niche items I want are just not on the platform yet. But for everyday household, electronics, and fashion purchases it covers everything I need.

Best Australian marketplace for small sellers — lower fees make a real difference
